Peak Longevity built a wellness festival entirely their own.
Two editions. A premium biohacking festival in Dubai that tripled revenue, sold out VIP, and owned every attendee relationship without depending on anyone else's platform.
The numbers after two editions.
A premium festival needed a platform that matched it.
Peak Longevity attracts a global audience of health-conscious, high-intent attendees. Rohini Gehani built something genuinely premium, and she needed the platform experience to match.
Third-party ticketing platforms meant someone else's branding, someone else's checkout, and someone else's database. Attendee data she couldn't use for follow-up marketing. A user journey she couldn't control.
She also needed everything in one place: ticketing, email, WhatsApp automations, and marketing support, without managing five different tools across two continents.
One platform. Built around her vision.
Not a set of features dropped into her lap, a working system built around what Peak Longevity needed.
"For the first time, our event platform actually felt like ours, the branding, the data, the communication. Everything."
She came back for a second edition. That says everything.
Rohini didn't return because of a contract. She returned because the first year worked, completely. Her brand was intact. Her attendee data was hers. Her marketing ran on one platform. That's what owning your event actually looks like.
First edition on Ticmint, with its own branded ticketing.

What I did
Peak Longevity is a premium biohacking and longevity festival in Dubai, built by Rohini Gehani of Mindful BioTinker. Across two editions, in January 2025 and January 2026, it ran its own branded ticketing on Ticmint.
I did the whole thing, from building their website to running the marketing around it: Meta Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, abandoned cart flows, creative, and the attribution model behind the numbers.
