What it is

eventvenue.ae lets a planner see the spaces before they enquire: real photos, real capacities and real floor sizes for conferences, weddings, exhibitions and live shows. It lists 650+ venues across all seven emirates, and goes below the venue to the individual ballrooms, lawns and meeting rooms, with floor size and seating numbers.

I built it with scrapers, using Playwright and Firecrawl. It is still in beta. The idea was one more place to get real leads: every enquiry form asks whether the organiser wants ticketing, an event permit, or both, the two other services Ticmint offers. It now brings a steady 15+ leads a month, and each one lands in Slack and a Google Sheet the moment it comes in.

It is built for Dubai, where the event permit and the ticketing go hand in hand. It is another piece of the Ticmint ecosystem, and it builds a relationship with venue owners, a recurring source of business for Ticmint. Before a venue promotes Ticmint as a partner, Ticmint becomes the partner that sends it business.

The problem

Planners in the UAE usually hunt across hotel sites and agents for capacities and photos, and venue pages rarely show the rooms inside. A directory with room-level detail and one enquiry route saves that hunt, and it puts Ticmint in front of organisers at the moment they are planning an event.
